1.                  We really want you to be happy with your new product and with us.  In the event that you need to return an item, we will happily refund or exchange your item.  However, please realize we are a small business and because this we have to have closely monitor and regulate our refund and return policy.  Thank You for shopping with us.

2.                  All returns must be authorized and received within 30 days, receipt required.

3.                  All original packaging, paperwork, and equipment for product must be fully intact and functioning properly.

4.                  In the rare event that the item you received was damaged by the shipping courier, we must use channels designated by the shipping company of your choice to repair or replace the damaged item.  Due to their policies and not of clocksofhelen.com it may take additional time to complete this process.

5.                  In the event of damage to an item that was a manufacturer's defect, repair or replacement will be the responsibility of the manufacturer in most cases.  Clocksofhelen.com will be happy to assist you with the proper procedures in order to expedite an unfortunate event such as this.

6.                  All packaging must be in original condition with no writing, marks, tears, or defects.

7.                  Special Orders do not qualify for Returns.  There may be rare exceptions to this and please contact us immediately.

8.                  Store credit only will be given for gifts.

9.                  Refunds will only be provided to original Purchaser using original method of purchase.  Credit will not ever be issued to another credit card or to another person.

10.              Clocksofhelen.com will not pay for return shipping unless we are at fault

11.              If shipping was paid by clocksofhelen.com to purchaser, the amount of shipping will be deducted from a refund.

12.              A restocking fee of 10% 'may' apply to your refund or exchange, depending on item. 

13.              All returns must be properly packaged and protected.  If an item is damaged upon return, it is the responsibility of the Purchaser to make a claim with the shipping company and the return may be denied until resolved.

14.              If a product was damaged by Purchaser, or it is believed that product was damaged by Purchaser, it will be up to the discretion of clocksofhelen.com whether or not to act upon the request.

15.              Clothing items that were worn cannot be resold and therefore do not qualify for refund unless there is a manufacturers defect.  Exchanges are acceptable if the product description was inaccurate.
